Does a solution have to be technical
Does a solution have to be technical or something that is solely run by the FTC? Or can other agencies and public entities be utilized?
Are policies on the table as a option to control robocalling?

Hi Michael,
Thanks for writing. Per the Official Rules, entrants must:
"(ii) Create a technical proposal describing how the Solution functions, or would function, if implemented (the “Proposal”). Solutions can be proposed as technical solutions or functional solutions and proofs of concept. The Proposal should specifically address each of the three evaluation criteria described below in Section 10."
You can check out the three evaluation criteria here: http://robocall.challenge.gov/details/criteria
Feel free to email me at support@challengepost.com with any additional questions.
Best,
Marny
