Non US Company

Hello,

We are a small company based outside of the US.

We have a solution (working and in production for PSTN and mobile phone) for beating robotcall but we'd like to know if there is a way for participing for this US-only contest?

By example : we are ready to create a LLC in the US for participating to this contest.

Is it acceptable?
