Grace Note for Phone Numbers

It is obvious that Robocallers are not using the do not call lists. I have even had them tell me so. So lets have a service that let's all our calls check against a DB OF BAD CALLERS. The data is already out there. You can check most numbers on Google. Then add extra info that shows some type of rating on the caller ID. Then you see rating and make choice or with smartphones you could then adjust a security level to let only calls on your list, calls that have not been reported more than xxx times in the DB, etc.
